If you have not received a confirmation email from Mayo within 30 minutes to 1 hour, please check your Junk email folder. Unfortunately, for some users, this email may be flagged as "spam" by the NASA email filters and may be automatically directed to a Junk email folder. You will want to modify your MS Outlook email filtering rules to allow Mayo Clinic emails to come to your inbox instead of being automatically put in the junk mailbox:
- Open MS Outlook
- Click Tools
- Click Options
- In the Preferences tab, click Junkmail
- In the Safe Senders tab, click Add
- Enter @mayoclinic.com and click Ok
- Click Apply
- Click Ok
- Click Ok

Once you create an account you have 7 days to confirm your registration by clicking on the link found in your confirmation email. If you have not confirmed your user account within the 7 days, you will have to create the user account again. You should receive another confirmation email once you create the account. For more information about confirmation emails, please reference question 3.

The Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth portal will generally function across a wide range of browsers and platforms. However, some browsers and platforms may not display pages in a consistent manner or support all the functionality provided.

Go to your Tools bar at the top and click on the printer icon or go to File menu and select Print from the drop down menu selection.

The timeout session is 20 minutes. This means that if the browser sits idle for 20 minutes or longer it will require you to log back in.
- 7. Why does the computer not "remember me" when I have logged out, even though I checked the box labeled "Remember me on this computer" on the log in page?

This feature will not work if you log out. If you exit the application without logging out, then it will "remember you" and take you to your customized page. If others use the same computer as you do, it is recommended that you log out, so your information remains private.
