First time users must create an account first. If you are on the Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth website, please go to Sign Up Today!! to complete the registration process. Mayo Clinic will send you a confirmation email to the address you furnished to them during registration. If you are on any other site and wish to access Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth, please go to http://www.ohp.nasa.gov, click on the icon shown on the right. This will take you to the Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth web portal.

If you have not received a confirmation email from Mayo within 30 minutes to 1 hour, please check your Junk email folder. Unfortunately, the email may be flagged as "spam" because of your computer's filter settings. To allow Mayo Clinic emails to come to your inbox instead of junk mailbox, you will need to modify your MS Outlook email filtering rules. Once you create an account you have 7 days to confirm your registration by clicking on the link found in your confirmation email. If you have not confirmed your user account within the 7 days, you will have to create the user account again. You should receive another confirmation email once you create the account. For more information about confirmation emails, please reference question 3.

Open your Internet Explorer browser and either copy or type the URL from the email you received. This will take you to the NASA Occupational Health website. To get to Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth, click on icon shown on the right.

The Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth portal will generally function across a wide range of browsers and platforms. However, some browsers and platforms may not display pages in a consistent manner or support all the functionality provided.

Go to your Tools bar at the top and click on the printer icon or go to File menu and select Print from the drop down menu selection.

The timeout session is 20 minutes. This means that if the browser sits idle for 20 minutes or longer it will require you to log back in.

This feature will not work if you log out. If you exit the application without logging out, then it will "remember you" and take you to your customized page. If others use the same computer as you do, it is recommended that you log out, so your information remains private.
